These unique cartridges are placed directly in the water reservoir and are made from purely organic materials with no chemical additives. The organic ion exchangers and activated charcoal reduce limescale deposits, heavy metals and other contaminants, as well as substances such as chlorine which impair the flavour or aroma of the coffee. Fluoride, and other substances essential to health, remain in the water. Up to 95% of the following substances (if present) are filtered out of your water supply; Carbon Hardness, Chlorine, Lead, Copper, Aluminium.
