Additional powerful communication tools can be added to the EM45 with Zebra Workcloud Communication, including 2-way push to talk and secure RCS text messaging. The EM45 RFID can be easily converted into a workstation when needed by using Zebra Workstation Connect, by placing the device into a compatible cradle (coming soon), launching a complete desktop interface for data intensive tasks without the need for a fixed PC. Its slimline, lightweight smartphone form factor comes with 3 programmable action buttons, so workers can access their most used applications with a push of a button.
